Jewelry Composition:

All Jewelry is 925 Sterling Silver unless otherwise indicated.  

All fashion watches are base metal unless item description indicates sterling silver  or sterling silver plate.  

The majority of our inventory is .925 Sterling Silver.  In order to bring you the latest in contemporary jewelry trends, we also carry a smaller inventory of 14K Gold, Gold Plated, Gold Filled, Copper, Pewter, Stainless Steel, & Tungsten Carbide Items.

We carry Jewelry For Men, Women & Children and other Sterling Silver Gift Items.  Jewelry Items Include But Are Not Limited To: Anklets, Bracelets, Chains, Charms, Collars, Cufflinks, Earrings, Key Chains, Navel (or Belly) Studs, Necklaces, Nose Studs, Pendants, Rings, Watches & Wrist Cuffs.

Some of our jewelry items feature a variety of stones that include: pearls, semi-precious gemstones, cubic zirconia, other popular natural stones, & some synthetic stones.  Synthetic gemstones will be labeled as such (Note: currently all Opal carried by Regalia Silver is synthetic).

Pendant & Slides - Chains are not included on these items UNLESS the Item Description indicates a chain or cord length.  We have a large selection of chains, cords, & collars that you may choose to pair with these items.

Item Availability: 

Most items are 95%+ in stock year round from our supplier.  In most cases your order will be processed & shipped within 5 business days after receipt of cleared payment.  Items are shipped to you or your designated recipient direct from our location in Cedar Park, Texas.  On rare occassion an item is out of stock or will have very recently been discontinued by the manufacturer.  We will notify you as soon as possible in these events and a refund will be issued for those items, or if desired we can suggest a similar item to replace the item that is no longer available.

Shipping:

Your order will be well-packed and shipped in substantial packaging to prevent injury.  All orders are shipped insured via United States Postal Service First Class Mail or Priority Mail.  Shipping is a flat rate of $3.95 for First Class or $5.95 for Priority per order (when shipped to the United States).  Free shipping is available when your order reaches a preset spending level at holidays and during other special promotions.  International Priority Mail Shipping is available.  If you do not see a shipping calculation, contact us to estimate shipping for your country and add it to our shopping cart page.

Returns:  

Merchandise returns are accepted under the following conditions - item must be in new/unused condition, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us (please contact Regalia Silver within 7 days of receipt of the item to obtain a return authorization number) including insuring its safe arrival, item must be received by Regalia Silver within 7 days of issuance of return authorization number.  Upon receipt of the returned item, a refund will be issued for the purchase price (excluding the cost of shipping).    Large quantities of returned items are subject to approval.
